We Have Experience In...
Continuous Mining
ALPINE Team Members have participated in the design and delivery of over a large number of machines and systems, including:
• Over 10 High-Capacity Crushing Stations (Fixed, Semiand Fully Mobile) for overburden, Iron Ore, Coal and others
• Over 10 Mobile Spreaders with capacities exceeding 10,000 tph and total reach of over 100 m, primarily for overburden.
Bulk Handling in Terminals & Stockyards
ALPINE Team Members have participated in the design and delivery of over 150 machines with a large number exceeding a capacity of 10,000 tph and spans of over 50 m, including:
• Over 70 Reclaimers (all different Types) for Iron Ore, Coal, Bauxite, Phosphate, and Potash.
• Over 70 Stackers (all different types) for Iron Ore, Coal, Bauxite, Phosphate, and Potash.
• Over 50 Combined Stacker/Reclaimers.
Bulk Handling in Ports
Our experienced teams have participated in the design and delivery of over 50 machines for large capacity bulk materials handling, especially for shiploading and unloading.
Lifecycle Experiences
In addition to the new equipment deliveries, ALPINE Team members have participated in over 50 major Upgrades and Refurbishments of large equipment in the Continuous Mining and Bulk Materials Handling Industry. The experiences gained from these Life Cycle Extension projects is supplemented by 100’s of inspections, repairs and parts deliveries to a global customer base.
